Whyte v Povetkin and Chisora v Usyk postponed due to coronavirus
British heavyweight Dillian Whyte's pay-per-view clash with Russian Alexander Povetkin in Manchester on May 2 has been postponed to July 4.
The show, which was also due to feature Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano in a huge fight for all the lightweight belts, is the latest boxing event to fall as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Dereck Chisora's huge bout with Oleksandr Usyk at The 02 on May 23 has also been postponed, along with Lee Selby's IBF world title eliminator against George Kambosos Jr in Cardiff - which has been re-scheduled for July 11.
And while all sanctioned boxing events have been suspended until at least April 30 by the British Boxing Board of Control, Hearn is hopeful shows will re-start in June.
Speaking to BBC Sport, he said: "We will make an announcement, but basically yes [it is off].
"Whether that's behind closed doors at first, or whether that's back with small-hall shows, then we hope we can get to the bigger shows before the end of June."
Matchroom Boxing later said: "The health and safety of the boxers, staff, event contractors and fans involved with our events remains the top priority for Matchroom Boxing and we thank everyone for their understanding."
