Wales cancels rugby season
The Welsh Rugby Union have cancelled all domestic league and cup competitions.
This comes after the English and Irish domestic leagues announced similar cancellations to their tournaments.
The Rugby Football Union are still talking to the English Premiership to see if they can complete their season. Scotland have not yet announced their plans.
The Welsh cancellation also includes a cross-border competition between Welsh and Scottish clubs that was due to start in April.
The move was decided after clubs across all competitions had not mathematically won any league and the union has said it would be impossible to play the outstanding 1,113 matches to complete the season.
WRU CEO Martyn Phillips said: "We did not take this decision lightly."
