Entire final round of Six Nations postponed as France v Ireland is called off due to the coronavirus
The entire final round of the women's Six Nations has been postponed as the governing body confirmed that France's match against Ireland has been called off due to the coronavirus.
Yesterday it was announced that Wales' clash with Scotland will be played at a later stage as a Scottish player had contracted the virus.
Italy v England was postponed last week following an outbreak in the country.
The Six Nations said in a statement: "Discussions with unions and federations are ongoing as it is of the utmost importance to find suitable dates for rescheduled matches while respecting the values and integrity of our Championship."
In the men's tournament the only match going ahead this weekend is Wales v Scotland.
The U20s matches have met the same fate as the women, apart from the men's Wales v Scotland match.
It has not yet been confirmed when all the postponed matches will be played.
