BREAKING: Euro 2020 postponed to 2021
UEFA have confirmed that the 2020 European Football championships will be delayed until 2021 due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The event will take place from June 11 - July 11 2021.
Officials held an emergency meeting with its 55 member associations today to discuss the organisation and staging of the event which was due to start in 12 different countries on June 12.
The postponement follows severe disruptions to domestic and international competitions across the continent and news has yet to be released as to the effect this will have on the 2021 Women's Euro's.
