Saracens’ next two matches, including big clash against Harlequins, postponed due to Covid
Defending Premier 15s champions Saracens have had to postpone their next two fixtures after one of their players tested positive for Covid-19.
Saracens told the Rugby Football Union that with several players isolating and with injuries affecting their squad they didn’t believe they could fulfil the fixtures.
Sarries’ next match against Exeter Chiefs, originally scheduled for December 6, will now take place on January 30.
While their clash with Harlequins, scheduled for December 12 with limited fans allowed at The Stoop, has been rearranged for January 2.
This comes just days after Quins announced that fans were returning and they had already begun selling tickets for the match. It has not been confirmed if supporters will be able to attend the rescheduled fixture.
