Reanne Evans retains title in record-equalling sixth Eden Masters win at final snooker event of 2019
World number one snooker player Reanne Evans has won a record-equalling sixth title at the Eden Masters in Coulsdon.
The 34-year-old defending champion has been in scintillating form in 2019 and ket the momentum going in this, the third ranking event of the 2019/20 World Women’s Snooker Tour season, defeating Hong Kong's Ng On Yee 4-2 in the final.
This was the first time the event had been held in Coulsdon and Evans topped an impressive field which included the world's top eight players.
The event also included side-tournaments for Under-21 and Seniors players but it was all eyes on Evans.
She will be back in competition in January when she bids to defend her title at the Belgian Women's Open in Bruges.
