US rapper Meek Mill is teaming up with other artists to create a new music platform that ‘maximizes black wealth’.
The 33-year-old first announced the news last weekend on Twitter where he said Lil Baby and Lil Durk would be joining him in the venture and that they needed ‘top Silicon Valley steppers’ to help them build their ‘own music platform’ .
He also added 21 Savage is involved and the new platform would not be one to rival other businesses such as Spotify.
Mill tweeted: “Respectfully to Spotify too we get millions with them one of my biggest platforms I sell on! We need their help too… but we gone build something where we can maximize black wealth and we not gone fail by any means ‘we got a real backing behind us’ let’s get it”
