Ramona Bachmann leaves Chelsea to join Paris Saint-Germain
Swiss international Ramona Bachmann has left Women’s Super League club Chelsea to join French side Paris Saint-Germain.
She joined the Blues back in 2017 from German club Vfl Wolfsburg and has since made 88 appearances across all competitions, scoring 19 goals.
Chelsea manager Emma Hayes has thanked her for her commitment to the club.
She said: "Ramona has been an important player of our journey for the past three seasons and will always be part of the history books of this club after scoring twice at Wembley in the 2018 FA Cup final.
“I wish Ramona all the best for her new challenge at PSG and thank her for her hard work and commitment during her time at Chelsea.”
Last month, defender Anita Asante also announced her departure from Chelsea.
