Sale Sharks have added 11 players to their club in one day ahead of their maiden season in the Premier 15s.

This includes three more players from ousted club Firwood Waterloo, which adds to the nine already signed from the club.

The Waterloo trio were named as Daisy Hibbert-Jones, Elissa Jennings and Georgia Kyle.

Another steal for the budding club is Sarah Cornforth who they have signed from fellow Premier 15s side Harlequins.

Also added to the team were Wales internationals Teleri Wyn Davies and Mali Quaeck. 

And Sale also signed Aimee Wallace, Kathryn Craine, Hannah Birch, Megan Kirby and Hannah Kurtz from Sale 1861 women’s team.

These come after Sale have already announced an abundance of new talent ahead of their first season in the Premier 15s.

It was announced in April that Sale and Exeter Chiefs would play in the top flight after a re-tendering process which saw the two clubs replace Waterloo and Richmond in the Premier 15s.
