Premier 15s newcomers Sale Sharks have signed Aisha Abu-Marzouq from two-time champions Saracens.

The prop is the latest star to sign for the club since they earned a place in the top flight in April.

She said: “The Sharks have put together a really talented and ambitious group of players. As a player, I'll be aiming to make an impact on and off the field, with the hopes of establishing The Sharks as an exciting top-tier club."

Among Sale’s signings so far are 12 players from ousted club Firwood Waterloo, US international Jessica Wooden and England star Katy Daley-Mclean.

Sale and Exeter Chiefs were entered into the Premier 15s as Waterloo and Richmond were kicked out.

The league does not currently have a return to play date due to the coronavirus pandemic.
