Everton host league leaders Chelsea as Blues look to maintain unbeaten start to the Women's Super League
Women's Super League leaders Chelsea travel to Everton this weekend hoping to make it seven wins from eight games.
The West London club have won five league matches in a row since their draw to Birmingham in the middle of September.
As a result, they sit top of the table with 19 points from a possible 21, one ahead of title rivals Manchester City and Arsenal.
However, the Toffees held Chelsea to a goalless draw at Haig Avenue last season and will be confident coming off the back of three consecutive victories themselves.
Victory at the weekend would take Everton to within a single point of Emma Hayes' side and in turn make them outside bets for a title push.
It is a compelling fixture as it could throw the race for the WSL wide open, especially given Manchester City and Arsenal are both facing sides they will be expecting to beat in Liverpool and Bristol City.
Chelsea are the top scorers in the league having bagged 18 goals in just seven games, with Beth England the joint top scorer in the competition on four.
Everton have a prolific striker of their own in Chloe Kelly, someone who will be pivotal if they are to cause an upset against the pace setters.
Even at this early stage of the season, this game has the feel of one which could potentially determine where the title ends up come May.
The match kicks off at 12:30pm GMT on Sunday and will be available to watch on the FA Player.
There will also be a full round-up of all the weekend's WSL games on the NewsChain website.
