England footballer Jodie Taylor has signed for European Champions Lyon until the end of 2020.
The 34 year-old has joined from National Women’s Soccer League side OL Reign where she made 22 appearances.
She has also spent time with Women’s Super League club Arsenal and W-League side Melbourne City.
But she will now head to Europe and join four of her England teammates including Lucy Bronze, Nikita Parris and Alex Greenwood.
On her signing, she said: “I am very happy to join OL and look forward to playing with my new team. I just finished my season with OL Reign in the United States but I am kind of staying in the family!
"I talked a lot with my English teammates like Lucy Bronze who has been at the club for a long time, and I couldn't turn down the opportunity to play for one of the best teams in the world.”
The French side has won the Division 1 Féminine ten times and the Champions League six times.
Taylor has earned 41 caps for England since she made her senior debut in 2014 and has scored 15 goals. She also represented her country at both the 2015 and 2019 World Cups.
