Brooklyn Beckham has confirmed he’s engaged to actress Nicola Peltz.

The 21 year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham, has been dating Peltz, 25, for seven months.

But, following strong rumours, he has now officially shared the news with his 12 million Instagram followers. 

He wrote: “Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes xx I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day. I love you baby xx.”

On her own account, she said: “You’ve made me the luckiest girl in the world. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side. your love is the most precious gift. I love you so so much baby and thank you harper for this pic.”

Peltz, the daughter of US billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz, has featured in films such as ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’ and ‘The Last Airbender.’

The Sun reported that they are planning two weddings, one in the UK and the other in Florida.

Both Victoria and David broke their silence and said they ‘could not be happier’ for the pair and have wished them a ‘lifetime of happiness’.

Formula 1 driver and six-time world champion Lewis Hamilton said: “Congratulations bro.”

Actress Millie Bobby Brown added: “Congratulations!! So much love.”

Singer Cody Simpson added: “Congratulations my brother. So happy for you! Wishing you two a lifetime of happiness.”
