Barack Obama to speak on George Floyd and protests on TV tonight
Former President Barack Obama is to make a public address on the current troubles sweeping across the US.
He will be speaking on Wednesday evening about the protests and police violence in conjunction with the MBK (My Brothers Keeper) alliance town hall series, part of his Obama Foundation.
It will be his first on-camera comments since the death of George Floyd sparked nationwide and worldwide protests.
Police reform activists and public figures, including his former attorney general Eric Holder will also be in attendance.
