Manchester United's manager Casey Stoney has shared a video of her three children dancing and said it was the one benefit of having a free Sunday.

Stoney is usually to be found on the sidelines of a football pitch at the weekend but the Women's Super League is currently suspended due to coronavirus.

And while Stoney has time away from the game, she is spending it with her wife Megan Harris and their three children, five-year-old twins Teddy and Tilly and two-year-old Willow.

Along with the Premier League and the English Football League, it is suspended until April 3 when bosses will decide how the season ends.

Stoney captioned the video: "They make me smile so much. The positives of spending a Sunday with the kids"

Stoney also shared a video on her story that revealed she has started a running club with her children.
